Position Name: Engineer/ Sr. Engineer, IT Infrastructure
Job Description / Responsibility
• Support - servers, routers, switches, firewalls, IP phones, CCTV, IP camera, mail Server, file server, Security Updates and Patches, Network and hardware support and maintenance
• Should have experience DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange etc.
• Should have strong knowledge on network security, configuration & implementation. Experience configuring firewalls and/or VPNs with Microtik Router and Network Switch.
• Perform complex Linux based issue resolution, correlation and root cause analysis on recurring issues and analytics for trend analysis.
• Understand overall architectural overview and technical design specifications of the proposed solution.
• Involve in IT related procurement, negotiation, under selection.
• Review, maintain and develop IT policy and procedures which support the organization needs and strategic objectives.
• Manage day to day operation of the IT infrastructure.
• Provide the required IT functionality, software & hardware, in an effective, efficient, secure & cost conscious manner.
