Job Description/Responsibilities:
•Manage account strategies to achieve Sales Target as per annual budget.
•She/ He needs to develop, plan, an implement an effective marketing and communication campaign.
•Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention marketing programs, web-based, database, and direct to consumer marketing.
•Manage all digital marketing initiatives.
•Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communication.
Other Competencies:
•Need to have good skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office.
•Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
•Strong personal leadership, organizational, relationship building and negotiation skills.
•Good written and oral communication skills.
•Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
Educational requirement: A minimum bachelor degree in Marketing from any reputed Private or Public University.
Job Experience: At least 1-year experience is preferable in the specific field/position.
Job Nature: Full Time.
Salary: Negotiable (BDT 20,000- BDT 25,000)

Office hours: Saturday – Thursday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
