About Us: The 'X' was formed from the merger of two prominent Bangladeshi digital agencies - MADLY and StrateGeek and it is currently looking for Customer Engagement Officers for its Query Management Team
Education Requirements: Fresh graduates from any Discipline or Students from reputed university are encouraged to apply.
Job Description / Responsibility:
• Respond to Customer’s query on queue basis via digital social media to maintain an optimum service level.
• Maintaining proper co-ordination with different stake holders to ensure proper escalation of critical issues.
• Provide one- stop quality information to ensure positive customer experience and capture appropriate insights.
• Maintaining targeted KPI on a regular basis.
• Serve customers with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
• Enhance Robi Axiata’s brand image and also build good customer relations in the process.
• Participate in special activities on ad-hoc basis to cope with dynamic business need.
• Manage deadlines and handle difficult situation with calmness and presence of mind.
Salary: As per hourly rate chart.
Job nature: Contractual (Shift based hours)
Job Location: Mahakhali DOHS.

• Must have excellent communication ability, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and for long hours.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Office applications.
