Footsteps Bangladesh Limited is a Subsidiary of VKC Group, India (largest foot ware industry in India We are looking for a competent Shift Engineer ( Lavel: Jr Engineer)

RESPONSIBILITIES 
------------------------------
• Ensure shift has sufficient manpower to safely operate the machine. Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing level.
• Identify issues with machine equipment and clearly communicate the conditions associated with the plant maintenance team.
• Supervise all aspects of the machine operations during assigned shift and effectively provide direction to lower level plant operators
• Ensure machine is operated in a safe, efficient and economical manner in compliance with the quality standards. 
• Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Ensure safety and security of all employees designated in the shift.
• Ensure reliable operational records are maintained and recorded for historical purposes and to document performance metrics for the plant.
• Must ensure plant and equipment is maintained in a clean and serviceable condition.

Education Qualification:
Bsc in Industrial or Production Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
6 month to 2 years years of working in manufacturing industry/ production.
Salary: 18-22
