MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities with potential Factories
Building business relationships with current and potential clients / Factories
Maintaining short- and long-term development plans for RMG TDC, Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
Coordinate and facilitate EBT (Enterprise Based Training) program at factory premises. Collect relevant and required documents from factory Focal Point / Master Trainer.
Provide support to the BRAC Skills Development Programme for skills training facilitating both in institutional and factory based setting.
Assist to explore develop business cases, concept notes, proposal (e.g. decent work and OSH Strategy), reports, budgets etc. as and when required
Assist to establish / setup TDC (Training and Development Centre) both in institutional and factory based setting.
Regular field visits to ensure proper implementation of activities & Prepare, analyse all relevant reports and documentation as required by the supervisor. (50% - 60% Field visits required monthly)
EXPERIENCE (Including sector/industry):
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in operations, Training and Development or other related field of RMG sector.
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Degree Concentration/Major
Bachelors / Masters / MBA Any
Textile / IPE / Electrical / Mechanical Eng. degree will get preference.
PROFESSIONAL DEGREE / CERTIFICATION
Any OSH certification, Knowledge on RMG TDC-factory based Floor Layout Plan & Design, will get preference.
