Core Responsibilities:
- Provide advance analytics to Business User for various MO functions including product (voice and vas), CLM, sales & service and customer experience
- Develop consumer usages and behaviour in terms of customer usage, profiling, life cycle, micro event tracking, revenue, refill activity, customer complaint, POS activity based on systems, Financial System, Regulatory.
- Design Data Mart to empower end user to extract their required data
- Coordinate with Technology Data Warehouse team to deploy designed solution and make it operational
- Understand functional requirements from business user and Develop database on Oracle PL SQL/Stored Procedure/View/Job
- Ensure data quality by Cross checking data from different sources.
- Support Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) for micro campaign activity.
Academic Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from a reputed local/foreign university
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 01 years of direct working experience in reporting, BI, Business Object and Data warehouse.
- Excellent knowledge in database management in Oracle/SQL Server
- Demonstrative expertise in write complex SQL script in Oracle PL/SQL
- Have a good understanding of Dimensional modelling (star schema / Snowflakes schema)
- Data warehousing experience in relevant industry
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and innovative thinking ability
- Excellent people skill including proven record of ownership and communication.
- End to End Revenue value chain understanding with detail technical knowledge on BI, analytics, SAP Business Object
- Programming language like Python / Java / .Net will be an added advantage
