Core Responsibilities:

• Provide advance analytics to Business User for various MO functions including product (voice and vas), CLM, sales & service and customer experience
• Develop consumer usages and behaviour in terms of customer usage, profiling, life cycle, micro event tracking, revenue, refill activity, customer complaint, POS activity based on systems, Financial System, Regulatory.
• Design Data Mart to empower end user to extract their required data
• Coordinate with Technology Data Warehouse team to deploy designed solution and make it operational
• Understand functional requirements from business user and Develop database on Oracle PL SQL/Stored Procedure/View/Job
• Ensure data quality by Cross checking data from different sources.
• Support Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) for micro campaign activity.

Academic Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from a reputed local/foreign university
  

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 01 years of direct working experience in reporting, BI, Business Object and Data warehouse.
• Excellent knowledge in database management in Oracle/SQL Server
• Demonstrative expertise in write complex SQL script in Oracle PL/SQL
• Have a good understanding of Dimensional modelling (star schema / Snowflakes schema)
• Data warehousing experience in relevant industry
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and innovative thinking ability
• Excellent people skill including proven record of ownership and communication.
• End to End Revenue value chain understanding with detail technical knowledge on BI, analytics, SAP Business Object
• Programming language like Python / Java / .Net will be an added advantage
