POST : Accounts Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Must be able work as a team,
Managing accounts
Keeping records of all sorts of accounting information
Maintaining existing files and documents
Handling transactions
Should be dedicated, honest and sincere.
Additional Requirements:
Plan and process the demand of new purchase items.
Receive products in accordance with Purchase Order (PO) and check the quality.
Maintain Stationary items, toiletries items, kitchen refreshment items, general accessories, promotional items and other admin items.
Maintain Admin Store's inventory.
Check minimum stock in the regional mini stores in different location.
Take approval for different office's items purchase.
Check the Advance requirement and expense adjustment from different stores.
Follow up the expenditure of different stores.
Maintain different offices demand and make the product available in time.
Maintain scrap items in Admin Store.
Receive scrap items from different section/department with proper documentation.
Ensure timely disposal of scarp items.
Age 18 to 30 years
Only males are allowed to apply.
Candidates must have good skill on Microsoft Office, Internet Surfing.
Candidates Must have knowledge on Custom Software Using Experience.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum HSC/Alim, HSC (BM) Pass.
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year(s)

Accounts.
