Position : Service Engineer

Job Description:
-On site servicing of customer diesel generating sets at locations across the Bangladesh.
-Identification and diagnosis of faults and subsequent rectification and testing of equipment.
-The candidate must have a good ability and aptitude to be able to carry out temporary repairs to keep the client operational whilst the correct parts are ordered.
-Dependent upon the site locations, the successful candidate may need to work away from home on the odd occasion.
-The company offers a 24/7 call out service and as such the successful candidate will need to partake in this. As the demands of the business vary, it is likely that candidate will become involved in other aspects
Additional Duties:
• Generator servicing and maintenance at customer premises
• Generator commissioning
• Generator fault finding
• Basic Generator electrical repairs
Other requirements:
• Computer literate, word, excel, plc languages and other software an advantage
• Experience in diesel engine diagnostics
• Happy to multitask
Education: Completed Diploma from any reputed institution.
Experience / Qualifications:
• Min 6-month experience working in the diesel generator field in any good company
• Knowledge of a variety of manufacturer’s equipment
• Manufacturers Training Courses would be an advantage
• Ability to work as a team player and also unsupervised
Salary: Negotiable
