Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Marketing from
any reputed Public or Private University
• At least 1 year of working experience in relevant field.
• Proactive and goal-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills.
• Proficient in MS office specially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Adaptable to changing and/or reactive situations.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Decision Making/Judgement
Major Responsibilities:
• Execute Employer Brand strategy aligning with Alibaba
guideline.
• Manage Daraz’s approach to recruitment events, identifying
potential engagements, planning and executing on all
aspects of events.
• Manage large projects and initiatives, including (but not
limited to) hiring campaigns, employee referral program and
career site enhancements.
• Implement Daraz’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
across locations and teams, developing locally resonant
tactics to attract the right talent to Daraz.
• Research current labor market, generational and technology
trends and ensure the Employment Brand is relevant to
target candidates and maintains a competitive edge for
Daraz Bangladesh.
