The Bridge International Training Management Firm is hiring on an urgent basis. The firm organizes and implements overseas training, study tours and exposure-know-how visits across the globe, and its clients are mainly the officials of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

It is looking for trainees for 6 months duration of probational work, and if performance outcome is feasible, the candidates will be considered for full-time employment.

Position: Project Management Executive Trainee
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation in any Discipline (Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply)
- - English Medium background is preferable
- Expertise in operating computer (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
- - Fluency in English in both writing and speaking is required for the job
- Must be smart, spontaneous and outspoken

Job Responsibilities:
- Client Management
- - Prepare Invoices, Budget 
- Preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) and Expression of Interest (EOI)
- - Coordinate with foreign counterparts to fix training institutions, hotels, transportation, guide, etc
- Prepare Training Schedule through Training Needs
- - This job needs both in-house and field work (In-house work refers to documentation preparation. Field work refers to attending meetings with both current and prospective clients on regular basis)

Job Location: Banglamotor, Dhaka

Salary: 12k (Trainee)
