Department: Finance and Accounts
Designation: Senior Executive
Job Description:
1. To prepare the financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and Cash Flow Statement) on a yearly basis
2. To structure the chart of accounts, record and monitor daily and monthly transactions.
3. Analyze the monthly transactions and summarize the financial status of the information on a monthly basis.
4. Prepare quotations, invoices and vouchers for the internal and external operations
5. To handle the BEFTN, RTGS, withdrawal and deposits of the payments.
6. To manage the funds and handle the situations related to funding issues.
7. To manage the VAT Mushok on both client and internal side, submission of VAT Return, TDS, VDS calculation, deposit of Treasury Challan and communicate with Government offices.
8. To manage the AIT payments under different customers and keep proper documentation against every invoices.
9. Prepare bank reconciliation and budget variances cost wise in a monthly basis
10. Responsible for preparing monthly Internal Audit Report to the Management.
11. Handle the payments and payables with subcontractors and vendors
12. Supervise the team members to explore more about handling the operating expenses such as meals and entertainment, traveling, vendors and suppliers.
13. Take necessary action to inform and alert the fund crisis to the department heads of those companies through email and in proper time.
Requirements:
1. Honors / Bachelor in Accounting, Finance OR
2. Chartered Accountancy Course Complete and Certificate Level qualified with 2 years of experience in the relevant field; OR
3. ACCA Finalist with 4 years of experience;
4. Proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel including practical application of vlookup, hlookup, pivot table and what-if-analysis
5. Detailed and updated knowledge of tax and VAT including the recent updates introduced each year via Finance Acts
Salary range:
BDT 35,000-50,000 per month depending on experience and qualification
