Job Responsibilities:
Receive orders from customers through telephone/website/facebook and ensure delivery.
Ensuring proper resolution of customer queries.
Obtaining new contact names, telephone numbers, and email address of prospects from direct calls and other sources such as websites.
Should be able to create and maintain client database.
Able to do telemarketing efficiently and effectively.
Ensure product promotion through telephone.
Persuading potential customers to purchase the products.
Excellent Communication skill with great strategy for creating the desired client.
Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
Have to fill up daily, weekly and monthly goal or target.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor/Masters degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
1 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Support through Phone, E-Commerce
Additional Requirements:
Age 20 to 25 years
Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining the clients.
Willingness and ability to work long hours with the computer.
Able to work under pressure and long working hour.
Must be a team player.
Knowledge of e- commerce platform/websites will be preferred.
Good capability in Excel and MS Office.
Having excellent command English & Bengali writing and speaking.
Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka.
