Job Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to be a self-starter and sound knowledge of International Beauty & Toiletries brands.
• Upload the product's price and image on the web site and facebook page.
• Resolve customer issues in an efficient and quick manner
• Create and maintain an atmosphere that is focused on achieving sales and profit goals.
• Determine and communicate individual sales goals and hold staff accountable in accordance with the company’s business practices.
• Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information regarding Beauty and Toiletries brands.
• Monitor trends in customers and competitors.
• Maintain and set an example of excellent internal and external customer service.
• Utilize and maintain customer database for phone calls, product launches events and appointments in conjunction with the company’s customer program.
• Understanding of customer segmentation.
• Response to the client through facebook and phone call.
• Daily order generates and process for the delivery team.
• Maintain and enhance the company's positive brand image by providing superior customer service.
• Skilled in website and Facebook page management.

Employment Status:Full-time

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
At least 1 year
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
Age 24 to 32 years
Only females are allowed to apply

Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels.

Good command in English both written and verbal is a must.
Self-motivated and able to work under stress.

Highly appreciated to have experience in online marketing.
