Shuttle is a app-based pick and drop transportation services only for women that aims to provide safe, affordable, reliable and comfortable transportation services for women in Bangladesh. Shuttle is an exciting and growing technology start-up and we’re looking for exciting talent to join our dynamic team.
Formulating marketing strategies and brand campaigns for Shuttle to popularize the brand
in its targeted market segment
Designing and executing activation campaigns in universities, corporate offices, bus
stations, and other relevant areas
Tailored marketing campaigns with targeted messaging to drive customer acquisition
Liaise with key stakeholders (i.e. Customer Acquisition team & designated digital
advertising agency) to drive marketing campaigns on social media
Devise innovative and creative means to reach out to customers and cultivate new
customer segments
Identify market gaps and take required actions to address the gaps
Planning and Forecasting of sales activities to develop the business-in consultation with
top management
Submit periodic reports to management highlighting recent initiatives and achievements
Leading, training and managing the teams of brand promoters and university campus
ambassadors
Superior marketing knowledge with good understanding of product
Experience in leading/running marketing/brand campaigns
Innovative and creative – ability to think out of the box and connect with customers
Excellent communication skills – the role will require extensive external engagement
Comfortable with data analytics (superior technical skills is essential)
Basic finance knowledge to prepare marketing budget
Excellent relationship management skills – the role requires to work across business
functions
Self-driven, result oriented and hard working – this is a high pressure role so that
individual must possess superior management skills

2 – 3 years (or more) work experience in a similar role will be preferred (experience of
working in marketing focused role with heavy emphasis on business development is a
Fresh graduates from reputed universities who fit the role are also encouraged to apply

Bachelors/Master’s Degree from a reputed university with a focus on marketing and
