Star Ceramics Limited a leading producer of world class premium tiles and sanitary ware in Bangladesh is looking for Team Lead, Brand.

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing, brand activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Job Responsibilities:

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Carrying out market & competitor research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
• Aligning with the sales plan, study market gaps to increase product visibility & presence.
• Plan, coordinate & execute product sampling to ensure products are well displayed & properly visible in dealer/retailer outlet.
• Study consumer & customer choice and then materialized into product.
• Establishing an effective brand message that will appeal to customers.
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Coordinate with the sales team to make certain that the brand message is incorporated into their advertising materials.
• To monitor the company's promotional content to determine that it is used appropriately and effectively.
• Ensure trade visibility and effective campaign communication.
• Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
• Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
• Supervising on-going review of social media posts or website content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to help develop promotional materials.
• Increase company profits by implementing an effective brand campaign in marketing and media materials.

Requirement:

• BBA/MBA in Marketing
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customer wishes
• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
• Skill to work with team
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with and an understanding of market research
• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
