“Customer Service Executive”

Job Responsibilities:
•Answer quarries of customer through messenger, phone calls
•Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
•Suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details, like ingredients, application methods and price over phone/messenger
•Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
•Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
•Meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
•Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
•Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
•Take the extra mile to engage customers’
Requirements
•Extensive knowledge of makeup, hair care and skin care products
•Understanding of which products suit different skin types
•Excellent communication skills in both Bangla & English
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Working Days: 06 days in a week
Salary: BDT 18,000/= to BDT 20,000/= per month
Experience: 01-02 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager/ Customer Service Executive in any reputed organization.
