Designation: Executive, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development

Synesis IT Limited, Top ranked IT firm in Bangladesh is looking for Executive, Talent Acquisition and L& D in their Human Resource team.

Job Description:
1. Assist to conduct the recruitment and selection process of the organization;
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
5. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
6. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department and also hiring cost analysis.
7. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
8. Preparation of contracts, documentation for appointment, promotion, transfer, separation, exit documents etc.
9. Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy.
10. Foster learning and development.
11. Assist in Policy preparation
12. Assist in prepare training materials.

Requirements:
1.BBA/ MBA major in HRM from any reputed University. (CGPA: 3.00 and above.)
2.1 or 2 years’ experience in HR (IT/ITES field Preferable).
3. Experience in IT field will get preference.
4. Basic knowledge about MS word, MS Excel, MS Power point.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary Range: BDT 20,000/- to BDT 30,000/-
Job Nature: Full Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Sun-Thu)
