Job Context
A Global Marketing Jr. Executive is responsible for dealing with leads over phone in regards of closing the new deals. With help of CRM, a Telemarketing Jr. Executive mines lead, reaches leads via email & phone, followups potential leads and closes new business.
Job Responsibilities
- Research potential leads using all available tools to find the appropriate person to talk.
- Deliver prepared sales talks reading from scripts that describe our services, and persuade prospects for a collaboration.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the client's requirements.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific clients/prospects.
- Telephone and write letters to prospects and follow up continuously to build long term business relationship - with prospects.
- Negotiate price of service and other related queries to make deals successful.
- Handle clients, coordinating with emails and keeping updates on personal follow up list for future follow up.
- Work with the database of prospects to develop prospects into qualified leads, coordinating with global marketing tools - LinkedIn, Inside-view, Manta, Business Week.com, other source and online database.
- Achieve daily call target and monthly/quarterly sales target.
- Go the Extra Mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Employment Status: Full-time (5 days a week)
Educational Requirements: BBA/BA/Hons (preferred major in Marketing)
Experience Requirements: No job experience is required.
Skill Requirements: Fluency in spoken English is a must have skill.
Joining Date: January-February 2020
Salary: Tk. 10,000 monthly for first 3 months of training period.
Successful Jr. Executives will get Tk. 18,000-20,000 after 3 months.
Monthly Incentives: up to Tk. 2000
Quarterly Commissions: based on sales
Performance Bonus: yearly
