We offer digital marketing services and creative solution to our clients. We also produce 2D animation video and live action video for our clients. We create software/app based on clients requirement and campaign need.

Job Responsibilities:
=>Make Business Happen and meet target
=> Building business relationships with current and potential clients, Has to go outside to visit different organizations/places/individuals for developing business/creating new clients.
=>Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
=>Assisting sales through digital media and directly with clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process
=>Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
=>Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
=>Prepare job list for planning and/ or creative department and debrief according to given brief
=>Keep client updated about progress of work and take feedback, Prepare weekly/ monthly job status report
=>Ensure collection of booking money, down payment and installments in time, Follow-ups, correspondences, and documentations on regular basis with client
=>Any other task assigned by senior authority.

Full-time
Educational Requirements:
• BBA/MBA (Preferably major in Marketing) from any reputed institution.
• Skills Required: Business Development/Client Service/ Marketing
Experience Requirements:
At least 3-4 year(s) full time job experience in similar position in any reputed organization
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development/Sales, Client Service/ Marketing, Event/ Campaign Coordinator
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Digital agency, creative/marketing agency, B2B environment
Additional Requirements
=> Good knowledge on sales and business development technique
=> Ability to read and understand different types of reports
=> Report & Proposal writing skills (For Social Communication)
=> Very well skilled in both verbal and written communication
=> Ability to work under pressure maintaining strict deadlines
=> Ability to prioritize work and multitasks
=> Good analytical and problem solving capability
=> Proficient in MS Office application suite, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
=> Must have the following psychological attributes:
1. Sincere and Dedicated and Ownership
2. Team Player
3. Eager to learn
4. Aesthetic Sense
5. Tolerance
=> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English & Bengali.
=> He/she must be able to plan the number of fresh/follow-up calls he/she has to do in order to meet targets.
=> Ability to work under stress.
=> Ability to work under conditions and targets.
