job opportunity at Spring Rain Ltd as a Business Analyst

IT wing of a USA based multinational company, due to exponential growth are looking to on board a Business Analyst here in our Dhaka (Gulshan-01) office to work closely with senior managers and internal product owners to help deliver the targets and road map.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, agree and manage project scope, objectives and deliverable.
• Manage and regularly improve detailed project plans to track progress
• Meet deadlines
• Liaise with and provide direction to key stakeholders in all projects including engineers, developers, infrastructure projects team, internal management and key customers
• Act as the central point of contact between the Software, Support and Management
• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Implement and maintain clear communication and reporting mechanisms across project, staff, teams and management
• Identify and manage the resolution of all project issues, including effective escalation and communication as required
• Produce and maintain accurate up to date project plans at the appropriate levels, covering project schedules/timelines, deliverables, budget and resourcing
• Maintain compliance throughout projects and ensure safety regulations are adhered to for all development

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in CSE/IT
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS- At least 2 year(s)

SALARY
TK.40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
Eid Bonus 50% of Gross. Timely payment.
