Position: Senior Executive - Export
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for sales generation in an assigned geographic area including market penetration, new opportunity development, customer relations, and customer retention.
Develop professional relationship with the Key Customers at the targeted exporting country.
Implementation of export procedures and ensuring compliance based on Export Control Laws and Regulations
Identifying new business opportunities and expansion of existing business.
Plan International business development strategies in line with company’s long term strategic goals.
Guide employees of HQ & Tea state on export related quality controls matters and advising on related issues.
Attend International Tea fairs in potential countries to attract Importers.
Maintaining contacts with all parties involved with the License requests process.
Handle LC opening procedure, handling all legal documentation and finalize export operations.
Supporting export license and Bank Documents – providing all necessary documentation and information to corporate compliance.
Maintaining export trade and logistics partners and related database.
Administrating transportation freight damage claims process.
Regular market research (National &International) & report the content to Managing Director.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, (International) Business or any other related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop new client relationships.
• Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ working experience.
Language: Fluent in English both in written and spoken
