POST: Senior Executive , Business Solution

Job Requirement:
· Preparation and submission of Expression of Interest and Proposal (Technical and Financial) in public and private sector project.
· Proposal preparation and submission according to the PPR, the World Bank/ IFC/ UN Procurement rules.
· Prepare Technical solution (Software/ Hardware/ Network) according to the Terms of Reference of the bid document.
· Thinking in creative ways of innovative approaches to present technical solution;
· Understand user's requirement and provide/Design appropriate Solution with graphical interface;
· Preparation of software development related documentation, User Manual, Training Manual, and Presentation in English and Bangla;
· Preparation of Presentation of proposal and assigned subject matters;
· Prepare various marketing content such as brochure, press release, success story preparation, project data sheet preparation.
· Market visit and arrangement of direct-presales meeting, proposal submission and acquiring the business;
· Managing communication with all partners, clients and other related stakeholders;
· Follow-up the technical content development team to meet the deadline and quality benchmark of the proposal.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and subject matter experts.
· Train and improve knowledge of team members about new products, product literature, communication skills, and presentation skills;

Educational Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering. Educational qualifications are flexible for the candidates having previous creative writing experiences in IT industry.

Experience Requirement:
3 to 4 year(s) in Business Development and Proposal Preparation Field; only experienced persons are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirement:
1. Knowledge driven, inquisitive mind and highly innovative.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Performs well under pressure and able to meet submission deadline.
3. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
4. Have to have updated knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
5. Reading professional publications
6. Maintain personal networks.
7. Sound knowledge required on Project Management.
8. Software Development Life Cycle, System Requirements Collection & Analysis
9. Software Application Design, Development & Deployment, Time management, etc.
