Role and Responsibilities
1. Devising strategies to drive high-quality online traffic to the website.
2. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
3. Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, google display network)
4. Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC.
5. Daily usage of Google ad words, Facebook business manager, Google analytics.
6. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications & create a wide range of different marketing materials.
7. Analyze customer demographics and purchasing behavior to monitor trends and sources for monitoring sales.
8. Build a social media strategy for the company.
9. Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
10. Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
11. Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
12. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
13. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Experience
# 01-02 years of proven work experience in Digital Marketing.
# E-commerce experience will get preference. Experienced applicants should have knowledge in Google Ad Words, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, paid search, SEO and PPC.
Requirements
•Experience managing Google Ad Words, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics
•Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
•Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
•Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Graduate from any reputed Private/Public University
-Good command in MS Office Suite
-Fluent in English
-Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
-Strong analytical skills.
Probation Period: 3-6 months
Office Time: 09:30am-06:30pm
Other Facilities: Daily lunch allowance, Travel allowances, Monthly mobile bill, Yearly two festival bonus, Provident fund.
