Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support solution and direction to our Distributors Engineer as well as their end users and other Field Service Representatives as applicable.
Support sales, marketing and business development activities by coordinating with Distributors- Example: customer training program, sales activities, and demo development.
Help with pre-sale activities such as generating proposals, technical presentations and answering technical questions
Interact with Customer's technical engineers and non-technical operations personnel to integrate new technologies and update existing systems.
Maintain & follow up with each & every customers technical query, engineering support, trouble-shooting.
Ensure continues improvement in all key performance areas.
Requirements:
Educational Requirements
Diploma in Electro Medical Engineering /Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering/ Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
Experience:Minimum 3-5 years experience in relevant field.
Job Location:Dhaka City
Salary: Negotiable
