Position - Key Account Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Generating and qualifying new sales leads;
- Sourcing and developing client referrals;
- Visit prospective customers, generate sales and manage to execute appropriate number;
- Maintain defined sales process and compliance;
- Customer relationship and account planning & monitoring;
- Sign Agreement with clients;
- Maintain ownership of existing clients through interaction via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- To carry out sales calls in at least 15 new accounts in each week within the segment;
- To solve customer's queries and questions related to company, its products and service; provide service over phone and in person as well;
- Collect information of potential clients for future reference;
- Prepare detail client profile for each client's;
- Assist with the co-ordination of arrangements for purchase orders, delivery and activation;
- Demonstrate fact-based decision making on customer grading and acquisition;
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to ensure smooth service for the clients;
- Reinforce a culture of collaboration, cross-functional team working and high performance;
- Gathering market and customer information and provide feedback on future buying trends;
- Field intelligence and customer experience & Need analysis reporting;
- Manage regular weekly or other (ad-hoc) reports according and documentation to requirements;

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Business Graduate with 5 years' B2B sales experience, 2 years in government sales;
Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)

Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Corporate Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Work Day and Hour (Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM) .First and third Saturday of every month will be treated as holiday along with Friday.
