Go Zayaan is looking for Executive, Customer Experience
Do you think you are good at managing customers? Do you also consider yourself a team player who is just not only concerned about yourself, but also the entire team? Do you think you can add value to the necessary Customer Experience?
If 'Yes' is your answer to all the mentioned questions, then you could be the one we’re looking for. We are just random cool people working together in our Tech startup focusing on Tourism! These are following things you have to do:
Conducting inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding queries and complaints to provide solutions in an efficient and prompt manner
Providing customer support over Email, Social media, SMS, Live chat
Verifying, confirming and/or cancelling placed bookings
Escalating essential customer issues to related to department(s) to bridge communication gap between customer and the management and ensuring best possible customer experience
Data analysis and report generating
Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate with others

You are already shortlisted if you have the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from any reputed University (essential)
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bengali
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Ability to accurately follow instructions
Critical thinking skills.
About Office:
Location: Gulshan - 1
About work routine:
It will be roster based work, 6 days a week. Might have to work from home on Fridays/Public Holiday. Freshers’ are also encouraged to apply.
