Payroll Executive

Location:

Kalurghat Factory, Chattogram

Key Accountabilities:

- Time Attendance Management, Overtime and Leave Management 

- Payroll process of Blue-Collar Employees as per SLA

- Disbursement of periodical benefits – Bonus, LFA, Incentives etc.

- Monthly salary cost booking in SAP

- Control of payroll accruals and provisions

- Prepare salary budget and periodical forecast

- Payroll Tax Management and submission of statutory reports to NBR

- Payroll processing and disbursement of Apprentice workers

- Employee exit management including final settlement

- Accounting, auditing, and settlement of PF, Gratuity and Employees Co-operative Credit Society Ltd.

- Accounting, auditing, and disbursement of Workers Profit Participation Fund and support Board of Trustee

- Participate in salary survey

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll/ Compensation & Benefits/ Factory HR
