Job Context

 

Times research & innovation invites a Digital Marketing Executive who must have 1-2 years of Digital Marketing experience in R & D organization and a strong knowledge of current marketing tools, strategies. It leads integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. 

 

Job Responsibilities

• Must be excellent in online marketing 
• Plan, design, create, execute and measure the performance of outbound and inbound digital and offline demand generation campaigns.
• Uses marketing automation tools to set up and track campaigns
• Makes updates to the web through the content management systems
• Plans and coordinates events as needed
• Provide KPI reporting for areas of responsibilities
• Oversees inventory and fulfillment of promotional items
• Represent our products and services to our target customers
• Visit the client’s office and provide a proposal
• Responsible for ensuring new/upcoming products & services
• Develop marketing team members by inspiring, motivating, and reviewing team
• Keep self-communication with existing clients of the company and keep customers satisfied
• Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
• Secure assigned Division's business opportunity by creating a new dealer

Requirements

 

• BBA/MBA in business administration or related field
• Understanding of MS Word, Excel, and other online tools like google docs, sheet, etc
• Knowledge in graphics design will get preference 
• Must have proven working experience in digital marketing tools
• Excellent presentation, outstanding communication & writing skills, self-motivated & target-oriented, meeting sales goals, negotiation, self-confidence
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Salary: Taka 20k- 25k
