We are looking for
Manager, Compensation & Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the CPO (Chief People Officer) you will lead different global P&C projects related to the compensation and benefits area and work closely with the team in MLES for proper execution of the operations.
- Assist the global team/s to evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Work with cross-functional global team/s to develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate market surveys to ensure a competitive and appropriate compensation structure for the organization.
- Assist multiple teams in coordinating information and reports regarding compensation and benefits.
- Coordinate with the Finance & Accounts department from time to time for tax disbursement, tax challan collection, final settlement of outgoing employees, etc.
- Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations whenever required.
- Keeping track of prevailing pay rates and structuring competitive compensation plans to stay updated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a related area is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
- Ability to deliver works in a highly diversified culture.
- The applicant must be proficient with G suite, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong people and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Labor Law.
- Any relevant training licenses & certifications will add value.
Benefits:
Salary range: 70K to 140K BDT (Negotiable).
Weekly holiday: 2 Days (Saturday and Sunday).
Yearly 15 days of casual leaves and 10 days of sick leaves.
Two festival bonuses, annual performance bonus.
