We are looking for **Business Development Intern**. This position is great for an aspiring business development professional looking to work on business-critical projects and gain relevant work experience. As an intern at SEPC, you will gain first-hand experience in the renewable energy market and an insight into the largest Solar EPC company in Bangladesh.

**Your profile:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups

• A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively

• Familiarity with Microsoft applications and Zoom

• Willingness to learn and develop business development skills

• Competitive and proactive attitude

• Fluency in English

**You will learn how to:**

• Do a solar project site survey and prepare a site survey report.

• Adapt different approaches depending on project requirements.

• Attend client meetings and internal team meetings to record action items and next steps.

• Present our solutions to clients as well as contribute to client proposals and quotes.

• Identify and manage scope, constraints, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and deadlines.

**Duration of Internship:** The internship period will be four (04) months. Based on your performance, management might consider permanent employment.

Educational Requirement: Completed BSC in EEE or BBA in Marketing from a reputed university (UGC approved).

Experience:Not applicable. Freshers and last semester students are highly encouraged to apply.

**Compensation & Other Benefits: **

● You will get a remuneration package & an internship certificate.

● Fully subsidized lunch facilities at the office.

● Travel allowance & transportation allowance will be provided for the site survey.
