Designation: Assistant Manager – Business, Market and Product Development

Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Contacting potential retailers/local manufacturers/suppliers in untapped zones to establish rapport and arrange meetings to generate business transactions, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
3. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs alongside researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
4. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, local/central government bodies to fast track legal and compliance process to run the business smoothly.
5. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
6. Prepare merger and acquisition ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to newly developed markets.
8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Legal and external engagement, visits, meetings for new product/market development for iFarmer input team.
9. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to maintain liaison with industry operators.
10. Create a nationwide trainer pool to train personnel and help the team members develop their skills.
11. Develop entry level staff into valuable future fit input industry personnel.
12. Identify market/retailer/internal field force need for a future fit business environment and ensure nationwide training.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields.
2. Minimum Experience 3 to 5 years in Business Development or other relevant fields.
3. Sound written and verbal communication skills.
4. Well Versed with MS Office
5. Self-motivated and good team player with excellent communication and presentation skill.
Salary: 35-45K (based on experience and skill)
