𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
Responsible for day-to-day accounting, cash transactions, and documentation as well as assigned reporting and submission.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are properly recorded in the books of Accounts.
-Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Debtors creditors, etc.
-Costing analysis and interpretation of the process.
-Prepare monthly performance reports and submit them to the management.
-Must have sound knowledge of computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, banking, Tax & VAT, and other related activities.
-Update records of all forms as necessary.
-Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial s---Statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy.
-Handling Company Tax and VAT-related papers.
-Perform all F&A activities of the Company assigned by the Management from time to time.
-Having knowledge of cash incentives for the IT and ITES Industries.
-Other tasks allocated by the reporting person
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
-BBA (Accounting/ Finance)/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance) and
-CA (CC) from reputed firm/ ACCA part II
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
-Experience in the relevant field will be a plus.
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐖𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Ability to work under pressure
