Job Context:
Looking for a Female candidate who is familiar & passionately interested to work in Front office Management.
Job Responsibilities:
Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately.
Maintaining visitor & customer record, Keep notes and pass them to the proper authority. Maintain and upkeep the reception area.
Responding calls in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related person.
Monitor movement registers of corporate staff.
Maintain & monitor meeting room & event inside office premise.
Distribute all kinds of incoming letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills etc & keeping record.
Receive/ disburse all kinds of incoming/outgoing letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills from/to related courier company representatives.
Assist Admin related job as and when necessary.
Keep up-to-date with all official /business contact numbers.
Provide general administrative support required by any department.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
