Creative Designer - 01

Responsibilities:
Creating engaging social media graphics, images, and videos for various social media platforms
Designing social media posts that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns
Staying up-to-date with social media trends, design tools, and best practices
Assisting with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
Ensuring that all social media content is consistent, on-brand, and meets quality standards
Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new creative ideas and concepts
Managing and organizing digital assets such as photos, videos, and design files.
Requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree from any discipline
Education qualification can be relaxed for qualified applicant
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements
Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with new design trends and technologies.
Salary: BDT 15,000 - BDT 18,000 (Depends on Expertise)
Junior Executive - Corporate Sales: 02 (Male & Female)
Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities with corporate clients
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services
Participating in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads
Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, customer information, and market data
Providing excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree; preferably from business, marketing
0-1 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related field
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Strong negotiation skills to close deals and reach agreements with clients
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend events.
Salary: BDT 10,000 + Sales Incentives
Front Desk Executive - 01 (Female Only)
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls, emails and web chat inquiries from customers or clients
Handling customer complaints or queries and resolving them in a timely and professional manner
Managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate department or person
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Handling outgoing phone calls and scheduling appointments
Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Ensuring that the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organized and well-presented
Providing excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from any discipline
Good verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, google suite
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers or clients in a friendly and professional manner
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm and effective manner
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Salary: BDT 12,000 - BDT 15,000
