Position: 𝑬𝒙𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆
𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 for 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 & 𝐂𝐨𝐱'𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐫.
𝑸𝑼𝑨𝑳𝑰𝑭𝑰𝑪𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from any reputed public/private university or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 and in SSC & HSC minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00.
• Third-division or equivalent results in any examination will not be accepted.
• Candidates with English medium (O & A Level) background or foreign degree with Graduation will get preference.
𝑱𝑶𝑩 𝑫𝑬𝑺𝑪𝑹𝑰𝑷𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵
• Passenger dealing
• Check-In & Boarding
• Working in the Ramp area to maintain a safe & on-time flight
• Load & trim preparation
• Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair and any other special needs of passengers.
• Ensuring excellent customer services are extended to the customer
• Taking care of the physically challenged passenger
• Monitoring mishandled baggage issues
• Assisting customers depending on the situation
• Taking care of passenger baggage and incoming/outgoing cargo
• All types of report preparation as per rules & regulations
𝑨𝑫𝑫𝑰𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑨𝑳 𝑹𝑬𝑸𝑼𝑰𝑹𝑬𝑴𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑺
• Age 22 to 30 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Height: Female- 160 CM (5'3") Minimum
• Male-170 CM (5'7") Minimum
• Weight: Should be proportionate to Height (BMI: 18.5-25.0).
• No affidavit will be accepted.
• Language Skill: Fluent in English & Bengali (both written & spoken)
• Medical Fitness: Good physical health and medically fit to meet Customer Service requirements
• Physical Appearance: Strong, upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the visible part of the body
• Attitude & Bearing: Must be very good looking, clean shaved (for male), alluring personality, impressive, decent, and positive gestures.
