We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone or company visits, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Established in March 2022, Shikkha Pvt. Ltd. has taken authority with its activities in the e-learning platform, technological support, digital marketing, and production. Our company comprises various concerns such as an E-learning platform known as Shikkha.xyz, IT-enabled services known as Shikkha Tech, and production and digital marketing-related solutions are being provided by Shikkha Digi.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
● Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
● Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
● Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
● Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
● Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
● Continuously improve through feedback.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
● A minimum of 1 year of experience in this position is preferred.
● Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲:
11:00 am - 07:00 pm (Sunday-Thursday)
Saturday: Work from Home (2 Hours Internal Meeting); Needs to come to the office on call (if required)
Salary: 16,000 to 20,000
