Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive with a focus on Sales and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Manage and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as email, chat, and phone.
2. Sales:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for attracting new customers.
3. Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Oversee the order processing system to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory and shipping logistics.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Educate customers about product offerings, promotions, and any relevant policies.
5. Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments, such as logistics or technical support, to resolve complex problems.
6. Data Analysis:
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.
- Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for enhancing sales strategies.
7. Communication:
- Communicate product updates, promotions, and company policies to customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
8. Feedback Collection:
- Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input for product development and service improvement.
- Implement surveys and other tools to assess customer satisfaction.
9. Technical Proficiency:
- Be proficient in using e-commerce platforms, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through technical issues they may encounter.
10. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
11. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Social Media marketing is a must.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience will get preference.
