#hiring Executive Assistant for the CEO
Our client is transforming the agricultural supply chain, eliminating middlemen, and creating a direct link between farmers and customers. Their mission is simple - to provide a more efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable way of connecting farmers with markets. We're tackling issues like food wastage, price hikes, and hygiene concerns head-on.
Key Responsibilities
-Act as the primary contact point, efficiently managing executive calendars, and coordinating appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Screen and manage emails, responding to routine inquiries and escalating important matters appropriately.
-Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
-Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
-Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to streamline executive workflow.
-Provide project support, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
-Collaborate with other team members to facilitate cross-functional projects.
-Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to provide valuable insights to the executive team.
-Collaborate with the Senior Management to develop and refine strategic plans, business goals, and KPIs.
-Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, on behalf.
-Participate in business development activities, including market research, identifying growth opportunities, and helping to establish strategic partnerships.
-Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications
-1 year of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
-Ability to maintain a dominating presence and professionalism.
-Proficient in conducting data analysis, research, and providing strategic support.
-Exceptional communication, presentation skills and critical-thinking skills.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, G-Suite & other analytical Tools.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
-Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, or a related field.
Employment Structure
-Onsite in Kawranbazar, Dhaka | Full-time
-Salary: BDT 25,000 - 35,000

-Work Week: Saturday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
