Designation: Head of Brand & Communication

Job Nature: Permanent/Full Time
Working Days: 5 days/Week
Experience: 10 year+ (at least ¾ years in leading people as Brand Head)
PURPOSE:
The main purpose of the job includes marketing strategy, digital marketing, branding, activation & Liaison.
The followings are the very specific summary of the job:
- To Develop a Marketing Strategy along with corporate aim and vision.
- To understand the company vision and to lead internal and external communication strategy for
creating positive market impact.
- To generate ideas for company branding to enhance the value proposition of the company
- To lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies
- To lead the development of product specific brand strategies.
- To maintain liaison with communication stakeholders along with newspapers, televisions and
Advertising agencies.
- To lead the market analysis and market research for measuring customer satisfaction and product
demand.
- To suggest new product aligned with the customer needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Leadership & Strategic:
- Lead the development of marketing strategy for company, specific product & program.
- Ensure the development of product specific marketing strategy.
- Leading and authenticating yearly budget for the marketing activities.
- Developing the communication strategy.
- Market oversight and development of competitive marketing strategy.
- Strategic initiatives for effectiveness and efficiency.
Digital Marketing:
- Leading digital marketing activities using official social media.
- Concept development for digital platform.
- Leading the online activities to improve the visibility of the GLIL digital platforms (branding).
- Ensure strategic brand management.
- Ensure the presence of Guardian to the maximum extents.
- Implementation of branding guidelines at all the activities of Guardian Life Insurance Ltd.
- Managing the development of brand stories for specific products & services.
Activation:
- Managing and the activation campaigns, fairs, seminars, conferences etc. at regular intervals.
- Ensuring the total assets management before, during and after activation.
- Managing the before and after activation plan with budget and effectiveness.
