Position Name: Manager/ Senior Manager – Revenue Assurance
Role Overview: The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of revenue assurance controls for effectively safeguarding the business across the value chain to prevent any financial losses or leakages.
Job Description:
· Ensure Regular control operations to provide assurance to business.
· Perform regular risk assessments of business processes to identify potential risks and develop strategies for their mitigation.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Operations, to address revenue-related issues and implement solutions.
· Case Analysis & Incident Management, impact reporting on regular basis.
· Conducting data analysis and statistical modeling with a focus on dynamic data analysis and threshold determination
· Crafting suitable data storytelling and reporting techniques with a particular focus on conveying insights related to risk.
Skills Requirements:
· Clear Understanding of Digital Financial Service value chains.
· Understanding of Risk Management Processes.
· Domain knowledge on AML/CFT will be added as an advantage.
· Should have expertise in SQL and advanced Excel.
· Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Java, PHP, Python is a plus.
· High proficiency in data modeling, system queries and analysis with demonstrated acumen using certain tools and programs specially with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc)
· Able to conduct statistical and correlational analysis to identify patterns and trends.
· Demonstrate Pro-activeness, ownership, results orientation, initiative, and self-organization.
· Able to effectively communicate in business-friendly language.
Experience Requirements:
· Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
