Position : Customer Management Executive
Responsibilities :
Manage customer subscriptions and maintain database
Recover payments though customer communication
Provide customer support through our helpdesk software
Organize and keep track of all customer Subscriptions and Inquiries
Perform daily assigned tasks as per instruction of Supervisor
Occasionally working with Marketing and Development team to convey customers’ feedback and strategies.
Requirements for the Customer Management Executive
- English proficiency, specially in writing
- Excellent communication skill
- Should be Tech-Savvy to understand and operate different platforms.
- Good typing speed
Basic Common Requirements:
- Strategic thinker, self doer ***
- Good knowledge on Social Media & Internet Communication **
- Good command in Microsoft Word & Excel **
- Tolerant and well-mannered **
- Ability to work under pressure
- Age 22 to 30
