A&I Group is one of the well-known Private Organization in Bangladesh. A&I always searches for the highly motivated & proactive professional to boost up its business growth. The position of “Sales Executive/Jr. Sales Executive” (for Shop) will play a significant role in total Shop Business.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain Daily Shop Related Activities.
• Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.
• Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.
• Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities.
• Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
• Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
• Assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for.
• Merchandise product properly.
• Discuss pricing tiers with customers.
• Close Shop Properly.
• Submit daily sales report.
• Handle Cash Smoothly.


Employment Status
• Full- Time
Educational Requirements
• Degree/Graduate in any Discipline.
• Marketing will be preferable.
• Running student also encourage to apply.
Experience Requirements
• At least 1-2 years
The Applicants Should Have Experienced In the following business area:
• Cosmetics Shop/Super shop

Additional Requirements
• Age 22-30.
• Both male & female.
• Practical Knowledge on Shop Maintain.
• Running Student will be preferable.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.

Compensation
• Negotiable.
