𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐨 is currently looking for someone who will take responsibility as the 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 and will be leading commercial strategies and developing business efforts which are inline with company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies in accordance with company mission
• Lead the business development efforts in new verticals and focus areas
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
• Liaise with relevant internal departments including Marketing, Marketplace and Product to ensure that customer requirements are fully communicated throughout the business
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
• Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
• Represent the company externally e.g. at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and optimize the company’s profile
• Ensure that all commercial activities are in line with company budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭:
• At least 8 years of working experience in marketing, sales and/or commercial and managing relationships with key clients
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
• In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial budgeting processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with others to provide a high quality service
• Ability to prioritize, demonstrating first class organizational skills and time management skills
