Job Title: Accounting & Operations Executive

Contract Type: Permanent

Provisional Period: 6 months

Salary: 20,000 -25,000 BDT/Month (Depending on experience)

Job Location: Mirpur road, near Science Laboratory, Dhanmondi, Dhaka

Work Days: 6 Days/Week (Sunday – Friday), Day Off: Saturday

Work Hours: 8 hours/day

Facilities:

Annual holidays including UK/BD religious festive (on pro-rata basis)

Salary Increments

Annual Bonus

Full training will be given to the selected candidate.

We are looking to hire a sincere and dedicated person for office-based Accounting & Operations role at our Dhaka office for an international company based in United Kingdom. To join our dynamic team, please ensure you meet the following requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Keep accurate records for all daily transactions

· Prepare balance sheets

· Process invoices

· Process payroll

· Company & Self Assessment

· Preparing Trial Balance

· VAT submission

· Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Update internal systems with financial data

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

· Reconcile bank statements

· Participate in financial audits

· Track bank deposits and payments

· Assist with budget preparation

· Review and implement financial policies

· Take operation responsibility to process orders and troubleshoot any of buyer issues, offering solutions and recommendations.

· Anticipate the needs of our customers and always act with the customer in mind, providing compassion at all times.

Essentials:

Excellent fluency in English communication

Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures

Proven work experience as a similar role Minimum 2 Years

Experience using financial software

Intermediate level in MS Excel and MS Outlook

Knowledge of financial regulations

Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting from any well-reputed

University
