Assistant Manager (Accounts)
Bangladesh's leading food-tech company, Onnow, is expanding its team to manage 180+ virtual outlets by December, 2023.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager (Accounts) to join our team. As the Assistant Manager (Accounts), you will be responsible for managing financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
