Star Ceramics Limited a leading producer of world class premium tiles and sanitary ware in Bangladesh is currently looking for ‘Showroom Executive’.

Showroom Executive provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers. As a Showroom Executive with Star Ceramics Limited your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting showroom customers, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the deal.
• Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Ensure showroom is fully displayed & updated with new sample.
• Maintaining product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to our customers.
• Keeping the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed.

Qualifications:

• BBA/BBS major in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in customer service and sales
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Females are highly encouraged to apply.
• All interested applicants must possess:
• As a Showroom Executive you must be optimistic, friendly, and service-oriented. Excellent verbal communication in Bangla & English is essential and all executive must approach all customer interactions in an honest and ethical fashion.

Our ideal candidate will also possess:
A comprehensive knowledge of Tiles & Sanitary Ware product.
The drive to assist team members with other tasks as required Preferred
